Adam Growald has long been fascinated with learning and exploring the world. For over a decade he has studied philosophy and wisdom traditions both inside and outside the academic system.
Early childhood education (ECE) plays a vital role in children’s development and has an immense effect on later lives as adults. Studies have demonstrated that children who attended ECE programs at an earlier age tend to perform better in school and experience fewer behavioral issues as they age.
Early childhood education is an integral component of Sustainable Development Goal 4. This target encourages nations to ensure all girls and boys have access to quality early childhood development, care and preprimary education by 2030 – something which will greatly contribute to a child’s future success while simultaneously contributing to national improvements in economic development, social inclusion and health.

At Bain & Company and Lippincott, he worked as a management and brand strategy consultant, applying academic principles to his investments, board service, advisory work and advisory work – creating paradigm-shifting evolution in business strategy, organizational culture and interpersonal relationships. Amongst his many achievements is being Principal of Tree of Life Ventures as well as Advisor to FullCycle and Thankful; furthermore he received multiple accolades in philanthropy such as winning an award for innovating cost-effective approaches towards funding a healthy planet in 2010.

Paul serves as founding chair of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors which advises philanthropies worldwide; in addition, he sits on boards such as Rockefeller Family Fund and National Center for Family Philanthropy as well as being treasurer for Growald Climate Fund.
