Breaking Bad Reunion Panel at Comic-Con

The Breaking Bad cast was reunited for a panel at Comic-Con in San Diego. They reminisced about their time working together and reflected on how the show has affected their lives. Attendees included creator Vince Gilligan, stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul, and executive producers Bob Odenkirk and Jonathan Banks. It’s only the second time the cast has attended the convention, and it will definitely be one of the most popular events at Comic-Con this year.

Breaking Bad was a five-season series that ran on AMC from January 2008 to September 2013. Walter White (Cranston) became a meth kingpin after he learned he had cancer. He started a drug empire with former student Jesse Pinkman, and the two of them were known to each other in the show. But they didn’t always get along.

The series aired for 62 episodes, and was nominated for seven awards, including two Golden Globes. Breaking Bad is the story of Walter White (Cranston), a high school science teacher who learns he’s dying of cancer. As his health begins to deteriorate, he turns to cooking meth to make ends meet. Along the way, Walt becomes infatuated with his daughter Skyler, and the two eventually marry.

The reunion panel took place in Hall H, with Vince Gilligan as the mastermind behind the show. There were also several other cast members, including Giancarlo Esposito, Betsy Brandt, R.J. Mitte, and Jonathan Banks.

The Breaking Bad cast gathered in San Diego to celebrate the show’s 10-year anniversary. Paul and Cranston were joined by Anna Gunn, Betsy Brandt, and Giancarlo Esposito. Also at the reunion were Dean Norris and Bob Odenkirk.

Paul and Story (Annabelle) showed up in costume. Paul introduced her as “Heisenberg,” wearing a hazmat suit and re-breather. Her outfit was a hit with the audience, and she stole the show with her cosplay. At one point, she was even dressed as Gus Fring, a character on the show. She’s been compared to Carmella Soprano from The Sopranos, according to Gilligan.

While there’s no word yet on what’s in store for the characters of Jesse and Saul, creator Vince Gilligan is already teasing a possible appearance by Walt. His appearance was teased in the last few episodes of the last season. In addition, he’s been working on a prequel to the series, called Better Call Saul. However, it’s not yet clear when this will be released.

In honor of the Breaking Bad 10th anniversary, the cast will be reunited at Comic-Con. Fans can watch the reunion panel Thursday, July 19 at 4:30pm PT. They will also attend a Q&A with Vince Gilligan. And an exclusive vinyl LP of the show’s score will be released at the event.

Fans can check out the Better Call Saul series when it premieres on August 6. They’ll have their first look at the prequel, but fans can get a preview of the show’s second season before it airs on Wednesday, June 13. Those who can’t make the reunion can catch the Better Call Saul cast in person when they appear at the Comic-Con Expo on Thursday.
