Match preview

During the pre-show for WrestleMania 35, Buddy Murphy was awarded a match against his former training partner, Tony Nese. This was a great moment to see. It also led to a great post-match scene.

In the middle of the match, Cedric Alexander had a nice sleight of hand. He used a sleeper hold to get Murphy to the floor. He drew out a huge knee, which would have been a great countout finish had Murphy not kicked out.

Cedric then used a sitdown powerbomb, but did not knock out Murphy. He also used a super Michinoku Driver from the top.

The 205 Live landscape is not a very well lit place, but it does have some very memorable moments. The match between Murphy and Alexander was no exception.

This was the first time both fighters have been in the same ring in almost four months, and it was a great chance to see both wrestlers at their best. Both competitors were very evenly matched. They were both equally committed to making their opponent look good.

The match also exhibited some of the best in-ring work that the Cruiserweight division has seen. There were many uppercuts and some impressive moves. The match also featured a few of the more obscure ones.

Murphy and Cedric Alexander have a similar approach when it comes to offense. They brawl close to the ring, using their feet to set up a Muay Thai knee. Murphy even made the most of his time on the turnbuckles.

Cedric Alexander’s win was also a great performance. While he didn’t face much adversity leading up to his title win, he was still able to secure it. However, he also wasn’t able to win the title off of a single match.
