Professional Career

After his distinguished tenure on the bench, Judge Hathaway entered private practice as a mediator and arbitrator. Achievement and Honors

Hathaway co-wrote and performed “This Christmas”, released as a holiday standard in 1970 and covered by artists such as The Whispers, Alicia Keys, Aretha Franklin and the Temptations – serving as theme music for an NBC TV special entitled America: A Tribute to Heroes.

He also appeared on the soundtrack for Norman Lear’s television sitcom Maude and collaborated on an album with Roberta Flack’s Everything Is Everything album that was an enormous success.

Hathaway serves as Techmation Electrical and Controls Ltd of Airdrie, Alberta as their corporate HSE Manager, where he utilizes his vast knowledge of Canadian OHS regulations to make their workplace safe for employees.

He previously spent several years as an agent at Marcus and Millichap where he was responsible for underwriting, market analysis, financial analysis, and team leadership related to institutional-grade multifamily transactions. Now at Hathaway Development he brings this expertise with him.

Danny vanished from his travellers site home in Corby last February and has yet to be seen again. A well-known car mechanic, Danny had thousands of pounds with him at the time of his disappearance.
