The Life of Daniel McMullen
Daniel McMullen was a man who took great care to be there for others. He found joy in spending time with family, hiking and attending community events – such as longtime membership of Lion’s Club.
He worked at Manchester Tank and lived his entire life in this community; his contributions were numerous and well received by residents.
Early Life and Education
Daniel McMullen was born in 1857 and died at 71 in 1928 in Largo City Cemetery, Florida, United States.
Titan Wheel was his employer of choice for 20 years before transitioning to Manchester Tank, where his passion lay. Helping friends and family in need was at the core of what drove him, while volunteering became part of his lifestyle – along with golf being an enjoyment.
He had three children: son, daughter, and grand-daughter; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Phyllis survives him along with their children. She served as treasurer at Lutheran Church of Coatsburg where he also belonged to American Legion and VFW memberships; in short he loved and took care of his family every step of the way.

He possesses an in-depth knowledge of intellectual property law and can assist his clients in protecting their assets and futures. He possesses extensive experience handling trademark, copyright, patent disputes and complex computer system litigation matters.
He possesses extensive expertise in international mergers and acquisitions, from deal sourcing and valuation through closing and integration. A frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars, he is also a member of several professional associations; in his free time he enjoys traveling internationally and compiling family genealogy.
Achievement and Honors
Daniel McMullen was a loving family man who greatly cherished spending time with his wife, daughters, nieces and nephews as well as car enthusiasts like himself – particularly Ocean Shores in Washington state. Daniel is survived by one son, one step-daughter and four dogs.
McMullen is a popular presenter and author of legal articles, such as his widely read piece entitled, “Stubborn Facts of History: Remains of Discrimination in School Desegregation Cases,” 44 Case Western Reserve Law Review 75 (1993).
On Dec. 3, when church liturgical year began again, Ambrose University honored Saint Ambrose by bestowing upon him its Bishop John McMullen Award – this prestigious prize honoring McMullen’s dedication to the University’s mission of helping its students grow intellectually, spiritually, ethically and socially.
He lived by the code: “Take care of your family; look after your friends; and keep Jesus at the center of your life.” Additionally, he was an active member of both Lion’s Club and First United Methodist Church in Clearwater; additionally volunteering at local sports programs as well as helping neighbors in need.
He was immensely fond of both his daughters and grandchildren, whom he loved dearly. Additionally, he took great pleasure in spending time with Gypsy, Mack and Snickers – his rescued cats who were very dear to him.
Daniel McMullen died peacefully at home on April 15th 2023 in Livingston Montana at age 71. He left behind his wife, daughter and son; as well as many friends and family who loved him deeply.
McMullen is best-known for his roles on Little Boy Blue, Brookside and Grange Hill soap operas as well as an episode of BBC One drama series The Street. Additionally he made an appearance in BBC Switch’s Proper Messy series.
He currently resides at 5514 138th Pl SE, Everett WA 98208 in Snohomish county and prefers to keep his personal life private. He does not wish to date anyone.
