Tubist Christopher Gandolfi is recognized for his teaching, clinics, chamber music performances and solo recitals. A founding member of Summit Brass, Symphonia and Matteson-Phillips Tubajazz Consort; as well as having released numerous solo and chamber CD’s.
Together with Robert Tucci, he designed the Perantucci line of low brass instruments and mouthpieces which has become the equipment choice of thousands of tubists worldwide. Additionally, he serves as vice-president of educational matters as well as consultant/clinician at Custom Music Company.
