David Hutson

David Hutson is an acclaimed businessman and developer who has created hundreds of communities throughout northeast Florida. In addition to his success, he also takes great joy in being a devoted family man.

David Hutson was born in Doncaster, England in 1960 and holds both a BSc and PhD in Applied Physics.

He also has an interest in neon art, being a member of the Neon Heritage Preservation Committee for Historic Route 66 and lecturing nationally about his collection of restored vintage neon signs.

He was a highly-recognized player on the Hutson Trucking men’s softball team, which is widely recognized around the country as one of the premier squads. He served as both a mentor and sponsor to many young players while inspiring his family and friends through his example.
