Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects is a firm that believes it’s essential that people, nature and the built environment come together harmoniously in every environment they inhabit – including projects like Hudson Yards Plaza in New York and Memorial Park in Houston.
Thomas Woltz, the principal designer at Thomas Woltz Landscape Architecture & Park Design Studio in Rochester, believes that park designs should take into account regional ecology and geology while taking into account how human activities have altered a site over time.
