John Masslon is a well-known figure in politics. As the former Stark County Prosecutor, he may be considering running for city auditor in 2021.

He has extensive experience in the law, currently serving as Senior Litigation Counsel for Washington Legal Foundation. Prior to that he clerked for judges on both U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

John Masslon is a Senior Litigation Counsel at Washington Legal Foundation, where he represents corporations and individuals in litigation matters. Prior to joining WLF, he served as Assistant Solicitor General for West Virginia and practiced before both state and federal appellate courts. With extensive experience in civil litigation such as insurance defense and business law, John also clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

A graduate of Clemson University and Georgetown University Law Center with both a JD and LLM, Masslon also belongs to Federalist Society and serves as adjunct professor in Constitutional Law at Georgetown University School of Law.

John Malone is a media mogul who has amassed an enormous fortune. He’s majority owner of Liberty Media, which owns the Atlanta Braves baseball team and QVC; in addition to holding shares in Starz and Discovery Communications.

He was born in 1941 in Milford, Connecticut and graduated from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and economics.

He is an affluent businessman and passionate philanthropist, having donated hundreds of millions to educational programmes. In 1997 he established the Malone Family Foundation to aid scholars across America. Additionally, he donated $24 million towards setting up Yale’s Daniel L. Malone Engineering Center and $50 million towards its engineering school.
