Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Porsha Williams Shows Off Her Short Hair

If you are a fan of Real Housewives of Atlanta, you probably have heard of Porsha Williams. She is the star of the show and has a reputation for being a chameleon. Her hairstyles have ranged from long flowing locks to curly wigs. Currently, she is shooting the upcoming season of RHOA.

Aside from her hair, she is also a civil rights crusader. In the past year, she has been active in the movement to end discrimination against women. Not to mention she’s a mom, which means she has her hands full. But the new cut she showed off on Instagram isn’t a bad thing.

The first time Porsha showed off her short locks was in December 2020. It was a bit of a surprise that she shaved her head, considering she typically has long tresses. This cut was the ol’ fashioned kind, which means she has not had to worry about the hassles that come with having a buzzcut. And she looks pretty healthy.

Aside from her nifty snip, Porsha has been a major player on social media. The reality star has been posting fun and informative pictures from her escapades as well as motivational quotes. One post featured her next to a Christmas tree. Another photo showcased her in an orange off-shoulder dress. During the shoot, she was spotted sporting a sleek side part and an equally chic pair of diamond hoop earrings. Of course, this was only a small taste of her current style.

Porsha also shows up on Bravo’s chat room. And the ad that’s featured on the screen is actually for her own line of sheets. What is more, she’s also got a spinoff show called Porsha’s Family Matters. On the flip side, she has an on-again, off-again relationship with Dennis McKinley. While a close relationship doesn’t necessarily mean a smooth sailing relationship, she has certainly not been the most difficult of partners in the house.

She hasn’t been afraid to try the more esoteric hairstyles. For example, she’s been known to sport Brazilian body wave weaves. However, it’s her latest hairdo that has garnered the most attention.

To the chagrin of some fans, she didn’t really go all out with this look. Instead, she went for the aforementioned pixie cut. With the cut, she looked a little like a cartoon character, if that’s possible. Plus, she paired the look with a cool jacket.

Although Porsha did not give a direct answer to a recent rumor about a wig, she hasn’t denied that she has tried out the hair wonder. That said, if she isn’t going to stick with her usual length, she may want to make the most of it. Just be careful not to overdo the haircut. Otherwise, you might not be able to wear the best hairdo of the year.
