Gucci Mane and Ex-Wife Sheena Evans Reach Out-of-Court Settlement on Keithon Child Support

Despite Sheena Evans’ claim that her husband Gucci Mane has increased his finances, he still has the same income and is agreeing to pay $10K per month in child support payments to his 4-year-old son.

Gucci Mane agrees to $10,000 per month in child support payments for his 4-year-old son

Earlier this month, the legal battle between rapper Gucci Mane and his ex-wife Sheena Evans came to a close after the pair reached an out-of-court settlement. Previously, the two had been in dispute over child support for their four-year-old son Keithon. This past Friday, a judge approved the deal, which will see Mane paying Sheena almost $10,000 a month in child support payments.

The settlement was the result of a lawsuit filed by Evans in 2018. In the suit, Evans claimed that the rapper’s income had increased significantly since he was released from prison in 2011. This is allegedly a result of Gucci’s recent marriage to Keyshia Ka’Oir, who has three children. Moreover, she said that Gucci’s income has increased by nearly $24K since their previous agreement in 2011.

Despite her claims, the court found no substantial change in Mane’s finances. The judge also found that Evans’ request for a ten-figure child support payment was a little over the top.

The court also found that Gucci had made an effort to improve his life, in terms of a new car and new transportation for Sheena and Keithon. However, he also found that his wife was guilty of keeping him away from his special needs son. The wife has been a frequent target of trolls who have tagged her in Instagram posts and accused her of keeping her husband away from their kids.

Gucci Mane’s finances have not increased despite Evans’ claims

Despite Sheena Evans claims that her ex-husband Gucci Mane’s finances have risen, the rapper insists that his income hasn’t changed. In court documents, Evans said Gucci has made more money since he was released from prison. She argued that she should no longer have to rely on government assistance.

Evans and Mane appear in court on Friday. They told the judge they’ve reached a settlement. Evans wants Gucci to pay more child support. She says her son doesn’t attend school because of a developmental disorder. She says she can work but her main focus is taking care of him. She’s received food stamps and Medicaid from the government.

Evans wants Gucci to pay $20k a month in child support. She says he should pay her more because his income has risen. She also says she can’t afford to take care of him herself.

Sheena Evans’ lawyer argued that her client is living in Section 8 housing and receiving government assistance. She wants Gucci Mane to pay more child support so she can be a full-time mother. She also says her son doesn’t have a schedule, and he doesn’t have a cell phone. She said she’s relying on Medicaid and Section 8 housing to support her. She says her son has developmental disorder, and she wants to be able to take him to the doctor and dentist.

Keyshia Ka’oir’s recent attempt to support the Black community turned into an attack on her husband

Considering Keyshia Ka’oir and Gucci Mane are in the neighborhood of a year long courtship, it’s no wonder this affluent duo have gotten down to the wires. The two have a plethora of amusingly publicized escapades, not to mention a few nutty fans. But the one thing they have in common is a sultry disposition that is not to be trifled with. And who can blame them? That and their entourage of kink clods.

While there’s no shortage of buzzeworthy duds in the mantle compartment, it’s hard to pick a winner. Despite the unrelenting competition, Keyshia and Gucci are still a couple of the best. And it’s a good thing, since they’ve been on a roll for the past twelve months. The couple was even lucky enough to score the keys to the castle in the latest edition of VH1’s Behind the Mic.
