Professional Career
Beltrani first made his mark as a film composer after receiving classical commissions and scoring USC student films; then making his feature film debut with Death Match (1994), receiving critical acclaim with Scream (1996), which propelled him into prominence over time. His style often employs percussive bass drums and violins forming layers of hits and stabs in layers with his signature percussive style; he has scored films by directors such as Wes Craven, James Mangold, Guillermo del Toro Alex Proyas Tommy Lee Jones among many others.
