Early Life and Education
Steven Wedgeworth was a native of Grimes County and graduated from Ennis High School, then taught at Sealy, Fairfield and Waxahachie schools. Additionally he held memberships in Kiwanis Club, American Legion and Retired Teachers’ Association as well as being former principal at Oak Lawn Elementary School in Waxahachie as well as being on the board for Waxahachie Independent School District.
Pastor Wedgeworth is a Calvinist writer for publications like the Calvinist International, Gospel Coalition and Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood. With an MDiv from Reformed Theological Seminary under his belt and as associate pastor at Faith Reformed Presbyterian Church in Vancouver as well as teaching humanities classes at Christian high schools he often contributes to church history and philosophy publications like Davenant Trust Trust as a whole.
Steven Wedgeworth was ordained in 2008 as a Christian pastor and has written for multiple Christian publications such as Desiring God Ministries, Mere Orthodoxy and the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood. Additionally he serves on the Davenant Institute board.
